Danielle is one of a kind. Her clients are drawn to her magnetic energy and unique style, and they keep coming back for her ridiculous talent. An industry veteran of 20+ years, she's extensively trained in cut, color, and styling. Past this, she's passionate about sharing her knowledge with the next generation, and she is a certified Davines educator! Danielle is a gifted artist who loves to paint and bleach dye clothing. She spends her free time on her yoga mat and with one spunky little girl.

Beautiful in and out, to know Emma is to adore Emma. A graduate of Graham Webb Academy, she has over 10 years of salon experience. There truly isn't much she can't excel at, but some of her specialties include blonding, structured haircuts, formal hair, and vintage hair. Outside of the salon, she's highly skilled in fiber arts, she can sing and strum her heart out, and she loves a good book. She is an awesome momma to 3 boys.

Kim is a jack of all trades! She has been in the business for two decades and she brings expertise in color techniques, mens cuts, and extensions. She is proud to cultivate a lasting relationship with each of her clients, and her main goal is to make each of her them feel confident. When she's not at the salon, Kim is at the ball field with her husband and two boys, tending to a flock of chickens, or she has her hands deep into a DIY house project or three.

A true flower child, Lauren is passionate about bringing out the natural beauty in all aspects of life. She focuses on keeping things as chemical free and environmentally friendly as possible. She's gained her name "The Root Healer” for her ability to heal both in and out while you're under her care. Lauren is certified for tape-in extensions certified and specializes in blonding practices. Outside of the salon she loves plants, 70’s style, homemade remedies, and staying in with her littles. 

Sam is your all around all star stylist and human. After graduating from Paul Mitchell School of Beauty, our top stylists took her under their wings, and now she is soaring! In addition to offering amazing haircuts for the entire family, she is known for advanced multidimensional coloring techniques. She always makes her clients feel comfortable and she takes her time to educate them on how to achieve their desired style outside of the salon. Amye sees her clients as family, and she deeply values the the relationships that come to fruition inside the salon. She was born and raised in Calvert County and she's happy to call it home. Amye has been behind the chair since 2006, but she believes continued education is so important. Her resume includes the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and Certified Master Colorist From the Goldwell KMS Academy in NYC. Out of the salon, she chases after two rowdy baby boys. She loves a good belly laugh, an amazing meal, and procrastinating those ever growing laundry piles. She trusts a good sunrise or sunset can solve most problems!

If you're in the market for funky razor cuts, vivid colors, or platinum blondes, Ami is your gal! As a senior stylist, she's been doing hair for two decades, and she loves learning new advanced techniques in an ever evolving industry. At home, Ami is a wife and mother of three. She cherishes being a mom and all the dance, soccer, and carpools that come along with it. She enjoys a good Sunday Funday, music playing at any and all times, and a spread of tacos or sushi!

It all started as a little girl in the backyard, giving the grass a much needed haircut with her mother's stolen kitchen scissors. More officially, she's been giving trims since 2007! She's studied at the Goldwell KMS Academy and the Arrojo Academy, she is a master barber, and she takes yearly continued education very seriously. In her free time, she is hanging with her English Bulldog, lounging seaside or picking up heavy things. 

Ashley's passion for hair started at a young age; visiting to the salon with her Grandma she saw the impact it had on people, both inside and out. After two decades behind her own chair, and a master at her art, her favorite projects are lived in blondes, grey blending, and color corrections. Outside of the salon, Ashley's greatest joys are being a mom and her family. She spends her time off finding adventure and trying new things, taking care of her acquired reptiles, and collecting far too many shoes.

A true Leo, Karen is charismatic, confident, and commanding! And after 30 years in the beauty industry, she's got the credentials to back it up- She is a certified master colorist, she has extensive training in precision cutting. Karen was born and raised in Southern California, and now as a retired Navy wife, she has put down roots in Southern MD. She is Mom to 2 girls and Gigi to 7 grandkids. She is a self proclaimed horse-girl and she is happiest by the water.
